The Clear Falls Aquatics banquet will be held May 22 at the Aquarium Restaurant in Kemah beginning promptly at 6pm.  All Clear Falls athletes tickets will be provided by the booster club. All guests, including dates and family members, must have pre-purchased tickets.  NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.  Booster club members will be $30 each, non-members $35. Athletes MUST RSVP to Coach Halford.  ***All guest tickets must be purchased by Friday May 17th.***  Below are the details for purchasing tickets.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:

• Choose either MEMBER or NON-MEMBER TICKETS.
• Enter quantity of tickets to purchase and select ADD TO BASKET
• When ready, choose CHECKOUT NOW.
• Complete required contact information and select CONTINUE WITH CHECKOUT >>
• You will be asked to select a shipping method.  Ignore and simply choose CONTINUE CHECKOUT>> and then SUBMIT ORDER at the bottom of the page.
• You will then be redirected to PayPal to complete your order.  You may pay with your PayPal account or use a credit/debit card to complete your order.

The final aquatics booster club meeting of the year will be Monday night in the athletics training room. Executive session begins at 6:15, followed by the general session at 6:30. Everyone is invited to attend and participate.

The Clear Falls Aquatics End of Year Banquet will be held Wednesday May 22 at the Aquarium restaurant in Kemah.  More details will be coming soon.

This Thursday, Friday and Saturday we will be co-hosting the JV Polo Championship Tournament.  Once again, we are asking everyone to help support these athletes and coaches. Hospitality for Thursday and Friday should be for approximately 10 people and needs to arrive by 3pm.  Hospitality for Saturday should be for approximately 15 people; breakfast items need to arrive by 7am and lunch items by 11am.  Thank you in advance for all your help in creating a great event for all the athletes and coaches!

JV Polo Tournament Volunteers

Just a reminder, we have a couple of fundraising opportunities this holiday season.  HoneyBaked Ham orders are due to Coach Halford by this THURSDAY November 15.  Products will be available to pickup next Monday afternoon, just in time for Thanksgiving.

We also have a Coffee fundraiser just in time for Christmas.  This is a local El Lago coffee roaster with whole bean or ground bean products available, as well as a variety sampler gift box.  These orders are due to Coach Halford by Monday November 26 and will be delivered Wednesday December 19.  These would make great co-worker or teacher appreciation gifts.
