There will be an aquatics booster club meeting Monday evening at 6pm in the coaches’ training room, through the double glass doors across from the natatorium lobby entrance.  Everyone is invited to attend and participate.

There will be a brief aquatics booster club meeting following the conclusion of the mandatory parent meeting this Thursday in the library.  Everyone is invited to stay and participate in helping to plan the upcoming aquatics season.

There will be an Aquatics Booster Club Meeting Tuesday evening August 13th. We will be discussing plans for the upcoming swimming, diving and water polo seasons. Everyone is invited to attend and participate. The meeting will begin at 6pm and be held in the training room thru the double glass doors across from the Natatorium lobby entrance.

We are requesting help with setting up and preparing for the Last Chance Meet this evening. Anyone who can, is asked to arrive at the pool at 3:30 this afternoon. Thank you in advance for your help.

***This meet is a little over one week away and we’re still in desperate need of help. The listed volunteer positions are merely the MINIMUM number of people we need to run the meet.  If all the spots are filled, please do not feel we do not need your help.  There is plenty of work to share.***

The CCSL Last Chance meet is quickly approaching.  This year’s event will be co-hosted with Clear Creek Aquatics Booster Club and will be held at the Falls natatorium July 2.  It is imperative that EVERYONE help with the meet.  It’s a very large event and takes quite a bit of planning and man-power to provide a quality opportunity for these young swimmers to achieve their times.  I’ve attached a link below for volunteer sign ups.  Please be sure and choose a volunteer slot for FALLS.  We’d like for the athletes, if at all possible, choose the slots for timers.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Reminder:  ALL BANQUET TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY THIS FRIDAY!!  We need to give a head count to the caterer.  No tickets will be sold at the door.  Below are the instructions on how to purchase tickets.

The Clear Falls Aquatics banquet will be held May 22 at the Aquarium Restaurant in Kemah beginning promptly at 6pm.  All Clear Falls athletes tickets will be provided by the booster club. All guests, including dates and family members, must have pre-purchased tickets.  NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.  Booster club members will be $30 each, non-members $35. Athletes MUST RSVP to Coach Halford.  ***All guest tickets must be purchased by Friday May 17th.***  Below are the details for purchasing tickets.

The final aquatics booster club meeting of the year will be Monday night in the athletics training room. Executive session begins at 6:15, followed by the general session at 6:30. Everyone is invited to attend and participate.
